Each commission is different and the true price depends on the buyers wishes in style, complexity, and possible added extras like items, people, NSFW, or other visuals.

Upon purchase, you agree to pay the full price of the painting, and the price is non-refundable.

You have the rights to share the art in your personal things and crediting the artist is highly encouraged.

You do not have the rights to distribute, copy, or sell the art unless agreed otherwise within a contract emailed, and signed, to you by hiisikoloART, and an additional fee for extended rights has been purchased and paid.

NONE OF THE HIISIKOLOART PIECES CAN BE USED IN AN AI GENERATOR - buying a commission does not grant anyone a right to add, copy, alter, or put the piece to be altered by third party, or AI generator of any kind. You cannot purchase this right either.

​

In larger orders, you can have an option for part payment or front deposit payment to reserve your spot (20% of the order or minimum 40€), in which case you receive the final product only after the full price has been paid. In commercial use pieces, there will also be a contract that will be signed by both hiisikoloART and the customer/company.

hiisikoloART will not create covers or do commissions for hateful content that is against the Human Rights Act of 1998, nor will it support pedophilia, zoophilia, nazisim in any of its forms, racism, ableism, or any extremist views.

HiisikoloART DOES NOT support AI generators, DOES NOT use AI generators, or sell art to be used anyone who plans to use AI generators to generate art to be sold, distributed, or profited from.

​

hiisikoloART operates under the laws of Finland and pays tax to Finland so the tax % counted into the price follows the VAT of Finland and can't be lowered. Also, hiisikoloART does not participate in anything that could be considered illegal by the Finnish Judicial System.

hiisikoloART will save all the information given during email consultations in order to create the work, and can refuse service if the consultation breaks any parts of their contract, moral rules, or sees that the work is beyond their ability, or finds that something shady is going on. If something criminal is being asked of hiisikoloART, they will see it their civil responsibility to inform the needed authorities.

NOTICE! IF THE CLIENT DOES NOT STAY IN CONTACT IN A REASONABLE TIMELINE AND GHOSTS THE ARTIST, THEIR COMMISSION MAY BE CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND. Human errors are fine, but the artist MUST be informed about any delays on their end as delays cause change in their commission list which then cause loss of income. The client will be informed about this if this issue arises.

hiisikoloART will always keep their customers privacy, safety, and quality of service as their number one goal. No-one else will see commission emails, and harassment will not be tolerated on any of hiisikoloART's channels of business. hiisikoloART is a safe place for you to purchase and buy art. Always.

Your commission may be proudly displayed in hiisikoloART's work gallery, and additional social media channels, unless customer has purchased exclusive extended rights over the work, but even in such cases hiisikoloART remains as the artist and customer may not claim the piece as their own, or ever use it to re-distribute it an AI generator, or alter the piece in any way.

​

Sharing of NSFW pieces will be discussed with the customer and shared only in appropriate channels for such displays, like FurrAffinity, or Subscribers Only content in Ko-fi.
