Maximum 5 nations, one large landmass - or two medium ones. 10-20 points of interest. All hand drawn forests, 5 optional monsters either on Land or Sea, a compass, optional title work and border decoration.

This Gallery gets updated with each new order once the client has OK'd the sharing since many of my maps are made for authors who wait to publish their books.

Sepia tone map of border off Ceded Karelia and Finland. The border is zoomed in and framed with a traditional Karelian handcraft stitching patterns of chickens, and floral patterns. In the framed area is semi-accurate mapping of lake Saimaa, with locations pertaining to it from Varkaus to Savonlinna. Locations are illustrated with accurate depictions of local landmarks, and some foliage of birch trees behind the Karelian side. By the Saimaa is also a rowing lake boat in 1940's style, and a 1940's car that showcases the driving distances the family had to endure. Outside of the map leads an illustration of same era steam train that shortcuts to Vaasa, and through there a bus to Sulva (in Swedish Solv). Sulva has additional illustrations of wheat and buckets of berries, with two potatoes to the side. Next to Vaasa is a very simple flat toned semi-accurate lines for the shore to Perämeri ocean. At the top of the map is a wintery illustration of a boy sitting on a log sleigh pulled by a horse in a fir and pine tree forests.
